Learners that do not get this passing grade will have to retake the test, where the question and choice of answer has been shuffled, as many times as our clients wish.
We have integrated our eTester solution (Dr. Simon Tester) directly to our Statistics module, allowing our clients to view performance metrics per region, per group of trainees, per sales forces or even per question and better understand where the knowledge weak points of their workforce lies.
360 Survey/Career/Leadership Assessment
We have created an online career assessment for first line pharmaceutical sales managers. The
tool is used to help them evaluate their effectiveness as leaders. Sales representatives and regional managers also complete the assessment to rate the first line sales managers. The results are captured via the system and provided confidentially in reports to these managers.
